After A Month 3 Buy Signals: Real Estate Energy and Finance

Using today's 2:30 #s 3 models say Buy Today: Real Estate(DRN), Energy(ERX) and Finance(FAS).  All 10 models issued sells in early February.  As usual the models missed the Feb 4% rise.
