Update (as of 5.23.2013 5:00 AM) the SP500 model based on SPXL does not give a BUY signal.

Finance and Real Estate have been bullish since the last posting.

If the overnight updates to the database revise any of these models then I will revise this post.  And if this all holds out then the ETFs will be purchased (paper wise, see What If page for history) sometime tomorrow afternoon.

Several Models Say Sell

Using the 3PM numbers as closing numbers the following models went into bear mode:
Energy, based on ERX, Biotechnology, represented by BIB, Mid Caps based on MIDU, Small Caps based on TNA, and  Russell 2000 represented by  URTY.

This is expected since the models trade for the short-term and usually indicate overbought/oversold situations. And with today's big jump in the overall market they are bailing out.
Based on these  results, the paper account will sell the 5 ETFs sometime Monday.

If the overnight updates to the database revise any of these models then I will revise this post.
